Kate's role with Seed the Change | He Kākano Hāpai began with facilitating the organisation's first strategic planning retreat and continues through her governance role on the Board.

Kate is an independent philanthropy consultant with a background in IT, entrepreneurship and philanthropy.  A former Business Woman of the Year, her roles have included internet start-up co-founder, CE of Todd Foundation and chair of Philanthropy NZ. 

Kate is inspired by the Seed the Change | He Kākano Hāpai’s vision of a "sustainable, equitable and joyous world" and by the thoughtful and innovate approach of the founder, Anake Goodall, and the Seed the Change team.
