Claire joined Seed the Change | He Kākano Hāpai in 2017 and leads the day to day management and delivery of programmes.

Her expertise and encouragement ensures that our projects are taking off in the most effective way during their start-up phases, helping them with additional human resource such as strategic and annual planning, budgeting, funding applications and back-office functions. This enables the project leads to keep focussed on their vision, whilst enabling operations to go further faster.
