ANAKE GOODALL - Chair & Founder
Having been infected with the philanthropy bug from his father, Anake established Seed the Change | He Kākano Hāpai in 2017, being a culmination of decades of working for a more sustainable and equitable world.
“I’m really interested in governance as a vehicle for social change, and in contributing to increased resilience and self-determination at the community level,” he says. “I’m attracted to the role of support function for people who have bold ideas around meaningful change. And the Holy Grail I’m always attempting to identify is that combination of financial, human and other capitals in ventures that create collective good over the long run.”
Not one for telling his story too often, friends at Collective Intelligence caught a rare moment where Anake shared his journey in podcast format. Its a fascinating insight into the thinking behind our organisation.
